Dave Smith is the Vice President of North Slope Telecom Inc. Dave served 20 years in the US Army as a technician and supervisor in Alaska, Germany and New York. During his service Dave had extensive technical and management training.
Dave first joined the NSTI family as a Project Manager in 1997 where he assumed responsibility for all field implementation. He has successfully coordinated and managed the construction of several multi-million dollar telecommunications systems on the North Slope of Alaska.
In 2002 Dave became the Vice President of NSTI. He is responsible for the coordination of technical and installation staff, to include assigning and monitoring work activities and implementation in the field.
Always working with a hands-on approach, Dave has spent the last 32 years working in the telecommunications industry. He has successfully provided reliable communications systems for oil exploration projects, always with an emphasis on quality and safety.
